Making films began In 1970:
I met Angelik Riemer
a painter
in the summer of 1970
at Berlin's cosy little
LAKE HALENSEE .

I fell in love with her
immediately.
and shared life since then.
When we visited my then best friend
Peter K. in Denmark, I asked her to come along
and Angelik had a
 »
 EUMIG super8 camera
- small and easy to use -
in her luggage.
I shot my
first Super8 film
during that trip and I went crazy
for that media!
In summer of

when Peter B. (aka PMB)
was about to marry Christiane
he asked me
to do some Super8 rolls on his wedding.

his daddy had bought him.
I borrowed that cam as often as possible
to do some adventurous and delicate films
starring Angelik.
Eventually, in

where Angelik and I lived and worked now
after her return from London's

brought
live sound to the films.
Well, to round things up,
in the late 70s
Fuji started to produce lovely
lightweight and handy
Single8 sound film cameras:
easy to carry
easy to use
more fun!
Eventually, we shot all "quickies"
with that fine all time ready

 until the early 80s.
